The JBTX Photography Experience

01. Submit an Inquiry

To begin, you can submit an inquiry via my booking site at the top of the page or the Contact Me form.
Your inquiry will be answered within 24 hours via e-mail or text. I will schedule a quick phone call or video chat with you.
We will pick out a date/time that works best for your session, go over which collection you are interested in, which location(s) you want (in-studio or mobile), view my client closet, and I will answer any questions you may have.

Maternity: Inquire during second trimester, photograph at 28-35 weeks.
Birth: Inquire ASAP.
Newborn: Inquire 1-2 months prior to birth, photograph at 2-3 weeks old.
Cake Smash: Inquire 1-2 months prior to birthday, photograph AT LEAST 1 month before birthday.

02. Secure Booking & Plan Session

Your session spot will be held for 48 hours after our consultation call. During this time, you will sign your contract and pay the creative retainer. Your fee covers your consultation, preparation guide & planning, session and photography experience, and a separate in-person viewing appointment about 1 week after your session.

03. Photo Day & Viewing Appointment

This is the fun part! I want to make your photo session experience as stress-free as possible. I will provide posing assistance from head-to-toe and make sure you feel comfortable.
Light snacks, water, a changing room, client wardrobe and accessories, and a bathroom are provided at my studio.

After your session, we will schedule your viewing appointment at my studio. We will choose your favorite photos, pick out which ones to hang on your walls, and design an album that you will cherish forever.

04. Final Gallery & Artwork Delivery

Your final photos will be delivered to you via your private online gallery within 10 business days after you've chosen your favorites.
Feel free to share & tag me in your social media posts - I love it when my work is shared.
Your final artwork will be hand-delivered or mailed to you after it is received (typically 1-2 weeks). Complimentary wall art installation is included at time of delivery.
