The JBTX Photography Experience
01. Submit an Inquiry
To begin, you can submit an inquiry via my booking site at the top of the page.
Your inquiry will be answered within 24 hours via e-mail or text. I will schedule a quick phone call or video chat with you.
We will pick out a date/time that works best for your session, go over which collection you are interested in, which location(s) you want (in-studio or mobile), view my client closet, and I will answer any questions you may have.
Maternity: Inquire during second trimester, photograph at 28-35 weeks.
Birth: Inquire ASAP.
Newborn: Inquire 1-2 months prior to birth, photograph at 2-3 weeks old.
Cake Smash: Inquire 1-2 months prior to birthday, photograph AT LEAST 1 month before birthday.
02. Secure Booking & Plan Session
Your session spot will be held for 48 hours after our consultation call. During this time, you will sign your contract and pay the creative retainer. Your fee covers your consultation, preparation guide & planning, session and photography experience, and a separate in-person viewing appointment about 1 week after your session.
03. Photo Day & Viewing Appointment
This is the fun part! I want to make your photo session experience as stress-free as possible. I will provide posing assistance from head-to-toe and make sure you feel comfortable.
Light snacks, water, a changing room, client wardrobe and accessories, and a bathroom are provided at my studio.
After your session, we will schedule your viewing appointment at my studio. We will choose your favorite photos, pick out which ones to hang on your walls, and design an album that you will cherish forever.
04. Final Gallery & Artwork Delivery
Your final photos will be delivered to you via your private online gallery within 10 business days after you've chosen your favorites.
Feel free to share & tag me in your social media posts - I love it when my work is shared.
Your final artwork will be hand-delivered or mailed to you after it is received (typically 1-2 weeks). Complimentary wall art installation is included at time of delivery.
Digital Images, Wall Art, & albums
About 1 week after your session, we will schedule an in-person viewing appointment at my studio. You will see your lightly-edited proofs for the first time and select your favorites, customize your photo album, and select which images to use as art to beautifully decorate the walls of your home.
Your print credit included in your creative fee can be applied toward your print & digital collection.
All digital images and products are purchased after your session at your viewing appointment.
Collections start at $900.

Frequently Asked Questions
When do you schedule sessions?
Sessions are available any day of the week, but I book up weeks in advance. Outdoor sessions take place about 90 minutes before sunset. In-home sessions are scheduled either in the morning or in the afternoon to work around nap schedules.
Where is your studio located?
My photo studio is located in Richmond, TX - near 99 and 59.
It is multiple rooms completely dedicated to photography. I have seating for up to 3 people at a time and refreshments are provided during your session.
How far do you travel for a mobile photo session?
Outdoor and in-home sessions are available up to 30 miles (one-way) from Richmond, TX 77469. If you live more than 30 miles away, please contact me for pricing. I'm always up for an adventure!
Do you have outfits we can wear?
Absolutely! My client closet is always growing (but don't tell my boyfriend that)!
Dresses are provided in all sizes. Access to client closet is included in any maternity or family session.
Outfits, wraps, props, and accessories are provided in all Newborn sessions.
Do you offer print packages?
Your In-Person Viewing Appointment about a week after your session is when we will select your favorite images and choose which ones you would like as wall art and prints. Collections start at $900.
Do you offer hair & makeup?
YES! I love having my clients pampered before their session - please reach out and we can get you scheduled!
